| Working in Romania since 1990 ,
Humanity at Heart has donated tons of aid and equipment, helped
thousands of people in hospitals, schools and orphanages, as well as
hundreds of poor and disadvantaged families.
Working with Romanian people, we are targeting grass roots poverty through community led initiatives. |

We are a small charity, with one shop, based in Hassocks, West Sussex.
Local families come to our centre, the Joshua Community Centre, in Petrosani, situated in the Carpathian mountains of Romania.
We financially support the running costs of Casa Linda, a home for children with special needs in Moldova, run by the English charity, RAKE |

MISSION STATEMENT |

The primary aim of this Sussex-based charity is to help the most disadvantaged people in Romania to escape the cycle of social and economic poverty into which they are locked. It offers training, support and funding to Romanian-led initiatives, in order to foster an ethos of self-help |
